WARNING: This is long. I’m talking over 23 page and more than 9,000 words. Therefore, I have decided to create a separate page for each team’s analysis. Feel free to skip to your team’s analysis or any other team’s if you are interested b/c I know nobody will read the entire thing. Or disregard completely, b/c this is just my opinion. I mean, look at the email I sent out about the new rules. None of those were changed b/c of me and at least 10 people didn’t even pay attention to it. WHY DO I WRITE THIS COLUMN AGAIN? (I’m the motherf*cken Rodney Dangerfield up in this bitch. I gets no respect).
Anyway, for whatever reason (most likely because nobody else wants to write this) I have been nominated to write the draft analysis. So for the duration of this article, you can call me Mel “he has incredible wingspan” Kiper Jr. The setup is simple. I will grade each team by keepers, and then go through the team’s draft by position, and then provide an overall grade along with what I believe to be the best/worst draft picks and team strengths and weakness. Again, this is just my opinion, and as we all know………….I doesn’t know a damn thing. None of what I say matters anyway, b/c the waiver wire, trades, and injuries will determine a lot. As an added bonus I give you my picks for who will make the playoffs, who will get the #1 draft pick in 2006, and who will win the 2005 trophy. (Sidenote: I didn’t have enough time to analyze based on what round everyone was selected, so it’s just players and positions).
If I’m wrong, do not hold me to these predictions (however, if I’m right, feel free to praise my knowledge and all-knowing abilities).
