Oh come on. You saw what happened. Do I really need to recap you? I mean, the big story was the Brock was knocked WAY off his high horse with an
embarrassing 55 point performance.  That ended his nine game 100+ point streak.  Not to mention that his 55.56 was 53 points less than his previous
worst showing of the year, Week 5's 108.87.  That week also resulted in a loss.

But let's not dwell on last week, but rather take a look at some very interesting historical facts (I love this shit).  You'll need to know this going in: We
have played 525 games of Fantasy Football over the course of 75 weeks for a total of 5.76 years.  In that time we have had run a total of 84 different
teams (each of the 14 franchises has had six teams = 84):

  • Even with his loss this week, Chris has still outscored opponents by 252.91 points (or roughly 110 points more than Sherman – in second place
    has outscored his opponents)
  • Speaking of Sherman, he has a weakness in Week 11, only outscoring opponents by 1.92, or roughly 0.38 per game.
  • By not scoring 100 this week, Bandits will NOT become the first team to score 100 or more in all 13 regular season games.  That said, he still
has a chance to tie the record held by Lukin ’04, Watson ’05, and Blass ’06.  Lukin was flirting with 12 100+ games again this year, but his
failure to score 100 this week means that he won't be able to get 12.
  • Coming up: Dave has never won a Week 11 games (lucky for Horses); Josh has never lost a Week 12 game (unlucky for Nose)
  • Bandit’s 1,253.78 points so far this season places him in 28th place lifetime and just 381.08 points away from the record holder, One Way to
Asia (Lukin ’04).  Chris is averaging 125.38 points per game this season. If he scored 125.38 points per game the next three games, he would
be just 4.94 points shy of the record.
  • Oh, and in case you're wondering: The lowest scoring season ever was in 2003 when the Baltimore Tools (Epstein) scored 761.56 points. That's
just 6.43 points less than Whiskey 'N' Rye NY scored in their 1-12 season.  Our current lowest point leader (NJJ with 869.78) ranks 80th on the
    list.
  • Lifetime, only Lukin, Moore, Watson, and the franchises of Sadri\Nebesky and Blass\Evans have won more than 40 games.  On the flip side,
only Serrano and Allocco have yet to cross the 30 win plateau.  Nick needs just one more, while Dave needs two.
  • Lifetime, only Lukin, Sherman, Brockman, Watson and franchises of Sadri\Nebesky and Blass\Evans have scored more than 7,000 points.  On
the flip side, Kiss, Serrano and Deay have yet to cross the 6,000 plateau.  Rich needs just 9.39 more points, while Serrano needs 387.41 and
    Deay needs 416.83.
  • Chris’ second loss this season means that he will not tie Brick Walls and Trees (Watson ’05) amazing record of 12-1.  He still has a chance to
slip into the number two lifetime slot, as no team has ever gone 11-2.  The next best record after Scott's is 10-3, of which there is a six way tie
(and Sadri owns two of those teams). On the flip side, Dave will not match Whiskey ‘N’ Rye NY’s horrible 2002 1-12 record.  He still has potential
to tie his 2004 2-11 record. (Sorry Dave)
  • The most common record to finish a season with is 6-7.  Twelve teams lifetime have finished a season like so, and if they were to lose the rest of
their games, four teams may join them this year.
  • In upcoming games, Epstein (ME!) has the most favorable match-ups, going 11-4 lifetime against his opponents.  Gregg also has favorable
match-ups coming up, going 10-5 lifetime.  The toughest coming up? Dave and Rich who both hold 5-10 records against their opponents.  And
it's worth mentioning that Brock has a 6-9 record against his upcoming competition.
  • Lets talk playoff streaks: Blass, Brock, Gregg and Navid are trying to get into their third playoffs in a row.  Sherman, Cantor, Josh, and Marc are
shooting for two in a row.  Brian, Scott, Nick and Dave are trying to get back in after being shut out last year.  And Rich and Parker are trying to
end gastly playoff deficient streaks: Rich hasn't been in since 2004 and Parker has been without a playoff game since 2003.

That's all I got for this week (I need to save some for the next few articles).

Best of luck to everyone this week.
Swami, 4-3 last week (and Cantor went 3-4), will be have predictions entered by the Saturday night
