HANDSOME
BROCK'S BANDITS
What an ass on this guy, right?  After what I thought was a very strong draft, Brock's team proved themselves in week one.  Almost everything worked
out for him.  Brady was amazing and his favorite receiver was just as good.  As of this moment, Brock got an upgrade by switching from Thomas Jones
to Edgerrin James but Rudi Johnson's week 1 might be some cause for concern.  Bottom line is Brock scored the second most points of the week with
literally no points from one of his wide receivers.  Though that problem does have to be addressed, but I think B-Rock is in for a good year.

HOT
THE NEXT GOOGLE
I'm convinced that Wes Welker could be the steal of the draft considering where Scott chose him.  Now Watty did lose this weekend but I really liked
how his team performed WITHOUT his best running back, Clinton Portis.  Portis should find himself back in the starting line up this week with a better
performance from MJD.  I'm not so sure guys like Delhomme and Coles can perform like that every week, but I have to give Scotty Watts his props for
a fine week 1 performance.

SEXY
NOSE
Jarrett's team looked mighty strong last week anchored by it's dominant WR crew (a total of about 52 points).  In fact Eli + WR's alone would've beaten
Navid last week, that's pretty spectacular.  There's obviously injury concern now with Eli but the latest word is that he might even start this week.  The
only thing left for JB is to hope his RB situation sorts itself out.  Marshawn Lynch has a nice first game, but either Norwood or LenDale is going to have
to claim their team's starting RB job and neither look primed to do it.  Could this be the year JB doesn't finish 8th?  I say yes.

GOOD-LOOKING
BORN TO RUN MY MOUTH
Turns out I was off in my analysis of Rich's draft.  Tony Romo was a fantastic pick and it had to have been nice to see Shaun Alexander flash some of
his 2005 self.  Eric Johnson remains a great 14th round pick and TJ and Hines give Rich two very good WR's.  I'd expect even better things from Rich
with more carries going to McGahee and an eventual upgrade from Roddy White.  Great job Rich, welcome to the sexy side.

CUTE
FIVE SECOND STARE
An interesting week for me.  I don't want to get hasty, but I think Brian might be right and Ced Benson might be a bust.  Be that as it may, I love what I
saw from both LaMont Jordan and Adrian Peterson so I'm not completely broken up about it.  The Eli injury affects Plaxico too, so it's nice to hear he'll
be back sooner rather than later.  My quest for a good TE continues… I've yet to have a good one in my 5 years here.  And yes, I did pick up my
personal lucky charm, Nate Burleson.  I really think this could be the year he breaks out.

ATTRACTIVE
NEW JERSEY JACOBINS
Dave's team is looking very good to me.  Travis Henry had a real nice game for the Broncos and Marion Barber III might as well be the starter in Dallas
at this point, he's a touchdown machine.  Ronald Curry was a great pick and with Darrell Jackson and Andre Johnson, Dave's WR core is fairly strong.
McNabb's game look ed decent (should he have kept Moss?) and Heap struggled, but those things shouldn't be consistent.  I'm looking at Dave's
team as a potential Final 4 squadron.

DECENT
FIGHTING BLUE CRABS
So much for giving him worst draft honors, right?  Gregg, whether you want to have sex with him or not, put out a very strong team in week one.  The
majority of the damage came with his keepers and first pick (T.O.).  I'm not so sure how long he can keep going with those two RB's as they were both
pretty bad for their respective teams.  But in week two, Manning, Johnson, and Owens all have favorably matches so it's hard to pick against Gregg
right now.

EH
HUNGRY HORSES
I just hope he doesn't think I'm jinx.  I'm serious about this, I love sitting next to him at the draft.  The good news for Parker is that his main core of guys
(Harrison, Addai, and Westbrook) all performed well and Jay Cutler looked good in his first ever week one game.  I think with an improved game from
Deion Branch and an upgrade at Defense and TE (very possible on the waiver wire) Parker's team will land on its feet and in the playoffs.  Good luck
this week brotha.

NOT INTERESTED
BALTIMORE TOOLS
Almost every single player on Marc's team underperformed in week 1, which is the only rational explanation for me defeating him.  Trent Green was
the only player that actually exceeded expectations (not counting the Vikings D, which was RIDICULOUS) and Roy Williams played about par.  Evans,
Stallworth, Jones, McAllister, and Tony G were all fairly terrible.  I don't see things going down that way the rest of the year for the Commish, expect a
quick turn around.

IF I HAD A FEW DRINKS IN ME
NOMADS IN THE DEEP
It's too early to tell if I was a little off in my draft preview of Navid.  I think Walker was the right pick but I think the trade really hurt Navid.  Instead of
settling on Bulger later in the round, Navid could've taken Walker and Moss and had a strong RB and WR combo.  Not to say Bulger is a bad choice,
but his numbers looked pretty pedestrian in week 1.  I'm chalking up the bad games by LJ and Gore to rustiness, but it has to make you feel a little
uncomfortable to see both of those guys struggle.  Navid's team can definitely rebound, let's see how things shake up in week two.

NOT GOOD LOOKING
BUSHMARONEY'07
Despite the win, Lukin's gotta be disappointed with the two players that make up his team name.  To think, Reggie Bush and Laurence Maroney
combined to give us less than Derrick Mason.  I can't imagine Mason and Randle El play that good that often so Josh has to hope that Bush and
Maroney's week one was a fluke (considering his options).  He still has Carson Palmer though and you have to freaking love Baltimore's D against
Kellen Clemens this week… you can chalk 45 points for them alone, I guarantee it.

ONLY FOR $1 MILLION
SHERMTANKS
I don't think he'll need to break out the worst to first t-shirt again, not with LDT on his team.  The guy had as many fantasy points as he had rushing
yards, that's retarded.  Jason just had a disappointing week from everyone on his team.  Vernon Davis didn't bust out, Brees played poorly, Parker
wasn't as affective in Tomlin's new scheme, Clayton is still hurt, and Fitzgerald was very unspectacular.  I think a lot of that changes throughout the
year, though his wide receiver crop does look a bit weak.  I think the key to Jason's team is Willie Parker.  With Pittsburgh passing the ball more this
season, there has to be room for Willie to run all over the place or J's going to be wishing he held on to Travis Henry.

IF I WAS BLIND
RANDOM THOUGHTS
Basically, Brian just had a really shitty week.  Steven Jackson looked like shit, Phillip Rivers looked like shit, Reggie Brown looked like shit, and Dallas's
Defense looked like shit.  However, I don't expect this shit cloud to be raining down on B. Yeung for too long.  I expect both Rivers and Brown to
rebound quickly and there's no way Jackson will that bad ever again.  Add that to the great performance of Jason Witten (who I really wanted) and I
think there is definitely room for some optimism on the Random Thoughts train.

GROSS
ANTI-TRUST
Now I'm not being mean here.  It's not like Nick really deserves to get this low rating, but I had to drop him based on the injuries.  I applauded Nick in
the draft column and I still think he had a strong draft considering time and location.  But you can't be optimistic about your chances when you lose
both of your starting RB's.  I also wouldn't be surprised to see a Matt Schaub citing very soon.
