HANDSOME
BROCK'S BANDITS
As of right now the only week I can see Brock losing is week 10 on New England's bye. I'm tired of sucking Brock's dick on the good looking rankings
but let's be honest here, picking up Jesse Chatman could be the biggest pick up of the year. One of the two problems Brock has had is with the #3 WR
and the #2 RB. No one is guaranteeing that Chatman will be a HR, but he's definitely worth a shot.
HOT
BORN TO RUN MY MOUTH
It's hard to bet against Kiss right now and it would be even harder if Shaun Alexander was even a shell of itself. Ike Hilliard has become an official
quality start every week, Willis McGahee has been the best pick of that top class of RB that we were all talking about with the first 7 picks of the draft,
and Tony Romo has been the second best QB in the league. Shaun Alexander must get better for Rich to compete with Brock, but that doesn't seem
to impossible. All things considered, I see these top two teams in ROFF BOWL VI.
SEXY
BUSHMARNOEY '07
Lukin is coming off a tough loss to the best team in our league but there is a lot of good to talk about. He scored over 120 points with a marginal game
from Carson Palmer and Baltimore's D. I'm not sure Kenny Watson can get that production every week, but he's been real good… so good that Lukin
should change his team name to BushWatson'07…. Maroney's going to ride the pine.
GOOD-LOOKING
NOSE
You have to be incredibly impressed with Jarrett's week seven performance….. without Steve Smith. The further the season advances, the more and
more I like the tandem of Lynch and LenDale. Mushin has become a viable option now with a legitimate QB throwing the ball and no rushing game
whatsoever. The Eli Manning pick turned out to be great for Jarrett and if I had to re-assess his draft, I would say that he picked the right players
throughout the first 8 or 9 rounds, with the only stumbling block being Atlanta's running backs. Jarrett's team is the fastest on the rise.
CUTE
NOMADS IN THE DEEP
Navid had a disappointing week and I would still consider his squad better than mine. Clearly Marc Bulger has been a bust this year, but
Roethlisberger a great sleeper. Gore and Johnson appear to be straightening out as the season progresses and amazingly (and I repeat…
AMAZINGLY) Navid suffered in week 7 because the Cleveland Browns offense was on a bye. Braylon Edwards has been amazing for the Nomads this
year.
ATTRACTIVE
FIVE SECOND STARE
I'll take wins any way I can get them so despite my smaller point total, I'm glad I got the W. I can't say enough about Adrian Peterson and it looks like
he's starting in week 8 at home against the Eagles. I'm starting to get a little worried about LaMont Jordan as my #2 RB but there's no way I can get
down on myself for trading Cedric Benson, as Tony Gonzalez has been the first legitimate TE the Stare has ever had on his team.
DECENT
SHERMTANKS
To be that close to a victory without the best player in football has to be a silver lining for Jason. And I am 100% sure that he's told himself, and
anyone who will listen, that already. Brandon Marshall should still enjoy being the #1 in Denver for at least 4 more weeks and Parker and LDT give the
Tanks (II) one of the best two RB tandems in ROFF (with Parker). I think maybe though, Jason will have to concede that this isn't the season Vernon
Davis breaks out.
EH
THE NEXT GOOGLE
Great win this week for Scotty Watts, I'm glad I played him two weeks ago. Enjoy Chad while you can Watson, because by the time you and I are
watching Jets/Skins at the stadium, he won't be their QB. This is the biggest dilemma for Watson, when Pennington loses his job, does he roll with Carr
or will he have to push a trade in the next coming weeks. Anyone have 2 good QB's? The good news is that Portis and MoJo played great last week
and Kevin Walter looks like he'll be Google's third WR until further notice. Both great pieces of info for the future of Google's 2007 season.
NOT INTERESTED
FIGHTING BLUE CRABS
I don't know I have it in for Gregg's team. They've won 2 in a row yet they reside in the blue. It probably has a lot to do with the fact that he'll never
know because he doesn't read this stuff anyway. I play Gregg this week with both T.O. and Julius Jones on the bye but I still have to deal with Peyton
@ Carolina and a pissed off Chad Johnson (probably upset with all the trade talk). The RB's still look week though as Betts hasn't been playing that
much in Washington and Jamal Lewis is still banged up. One thing worth mentioning though has been the play of Kevin Curtis. Between him, Johnson
and Owens, Gregg sports one of the strongest WR corps in the league.
IF I HAD A FEW DRINKS IN ME
HUNGRY HORSES
That was a huge win for the Horses this week against the Tanks (II). Brandon Stokley is a nice pick up with Javon Walker out for about a month and
Addai and Westbrook both had strong weeks despite not reaching the end zone. The great news, of course, was the strong week by Jay Cutler at
home against Pittsburgh. Cutler appears to be the key to Parker's team, if he can play well the rest of the season than the Horses will be feasting on
the rest of the ROFFL.
NOT GOOD LOOKING
ANTI-TRUST
Quarterback is officially a huge problem for Nick right now. Matt Schaub might not be starting this week in Houston and anti-trust has no other option.
Earnest Graham appears to be the better start than Michael Bennett right now although no one can argue how good of a pick up that was for Nick.
Despite the injuries, I like Nick's depth at RB with players like Graham, Wynn and Taylor riding the bench.
ONLY FOR $1 MILLION
RANDOM THOUGHTS
The reason for Brian's drop was the loss of his best player. Think about how bad of a year this has been for Brian, (and he's still in it by the way, with
a high point total) he's lost his best player TWICE! (S-Jax and Brown) The great news for Thoughts is that Steven Jackson returns this week and
Selvin Young will be starting in Denver soon (I think). Brian has also been hurt with disappointing wide receiver production as both Calvin Johnson and
Reggie Brown have been disappointments.
IF I WAS BLIND
NEW JERSEY JACOBINS
Travis Henry, who I really thought was a good pick, has turned out to be a disappointment through the first have of the NFL season, as he just can't
seem to find the end zone. Dallas Clark and Marion Barber III have both been solid for Dave and Donovan McNabb had a nice week 7, but he's gotten
little consistency from his wide receiver corps as Dwayne Bowe and Ronald Curry have dropped off a bit since their fast start.
GROSS
BALTIMORE TOOLS
He never deserves to be gross and he's most definitely the prettiest gross man in the history of the league (with the exception of me). I'm sure there is
light at the end of the Tools tunnel but I'm not 100% that I can see it. Thomas Jones and Cedric Benson have been awful and Roy Williams and Lee
Evans have disappointed all year. Marc still possesses two very good defenses but it'll be hard to win with Trent Edwards as his best QB option.

QUICK NOTES 1. NY/NJ chapter… we should try to meet up for the New England/Indianapolis game. I assume it will be on Sunday Night, right? 2. I think my favorite word is “sans” 3. Song worth downloading for 99 cents? “Better Part of Me” by House of Fools. 4. You want good acting? Robert De Niro chewing out Ashley Judd in “Heat” after he catches her with Hank Azaria 5. I saw the musical “Spring Awakenings” over the weekend and am a huge fan. I highly recommend it. 6. Five years later, I’m still better looking than all of you.
