HANDSOME
SHERMTANKS
Despite his second lose of the season I still think Jason has the best team. He features the best wide receiver in football and two other stud wide outs
in Burress and Cotchery. Even though Cutler has tapered off a bit, Forte continues to be one of the best picks in the draft. It’s going to take an upset
in the playoffs for Jason to be denied a first ROFFL trophy.
HOT
DOUBLE G
I’ve seen this from Scott’s team before (12 – 1) in 2004 right? Anyhow, it’s nice to see Scott’s team back where it belongs on the top of the board.
Clinton Portis has been better than expected and even though Jones-Drew has not, he still puts up quality fantasy points every week. I still think he’s a
little weak at wide receiver but Scott is also in good shape for 2009 with Steve Slaton just chilling out on his bench.
SEXY
NEW JERSEY JACOBINS
It’s great to see Dave have a good solid team. As much as I’ve hated going 0-7 this year, it’s nice to see some teams that haven’t made the playoffs
rebound and have strong seasons. Obviously the Kyle Orton pick up has really helped seal up Dave’s team. Leon Washington has been a nice draft
pick at running back and Andre Johnson has been healthy all year this year. He’s gotta hope that this Jason Witten thing doesn’t linger though.
GOOD-LOOKING
B’DAY
I’d like to say that I know what it is like to have a record that my team doesn’t really deserve, but I think Brian is getting fucked worse than I am this
year. There is no way his team deserves to be 3-5. He’s got three absolute STUD running backs. The only weakness on Brian’s team is at wide
receiver. Unfortunately, this year has proven to me that wide receiver is the most important position in our league. If you don’t have at least one
dominate guy, you’re not going to be able to pile up the W’s.
CUTE
NOMADS IN THE DEEP
The two-time champ just can’t find himself outside of the playoffs. This is with some disappointing play from Braylon Edwards and rookie Kevin Smith.
The Joey Galloway pick up could prove to be helpful, and Frank Gore has been good again this year, but it does look like Navid is going to need a little
bit of luck to make another championship run.
ATTRACTIVE
NOSE
Good move this week by JB to bench Rodgers for Big Ben considering the match up. The Ronnie Brown pick has really saved Jarrett’s team. Chad
Johnson and Lawrence Maroney disappointed so Brown has picked up the slack. Jarrett might have to start playing defense by week because the rest
of Jarrett’s team is pretty solid from top to bottom.
DECENT
BORN TO RUN MY MOUTH
Rich admitted it on the message board, he needs a running back, badly. He has two strong wide outs with TJ and Greg Jennings and Kurt Warner has
filled in really well at QB. But, McFadden has been a real slow start and I think it is safe to say that Edge is completely done. I don’t see how Kiss
makes a deep run into the playoffs without making a move to get at least one good running back.
EH
SOARING PIGS
I think this has been a disappointing year for the defending champ. The Joseph Addai injury has really taken a toll on Parker’s roster. He also lost a
couple of draft day gambles with Joey Galloway and Santonio Holmes. Parker is definitely not out of it. If Addai gets healthy he still has him,
Westbrook and either McNabb or Eli to carry his team.
NOT INTERESTED
COFFEE ON 3RD
Very rare to see Lukin this low in the rankings, but his team has been a bust so far. McGahee hasn’t really turned out, Palmer was terrible, Colston
and Bush have been injured, Felix Jones hasn’t been that great, and Desean Jackson has returned to planet earth. Roddy White was a great pick and
Mewelde Moore was a great pick up but it looks like Lukin will miss the playoffs for the second time in his career. Can someone tell him he is starting
Joe Flacco this week please?
IF I HAD A FEW DRINKS IN ME
COLT .45 BANDITS
Despite Brock’s record I feel like he’s on the wrong side of the train tracks. He, like a lot of us, have been hit hard by injuries with Boldin and Moss (I
count Brady’s injury against Moss as well). Brock has also been hurt by not having a consistent quarterback to work with all season. Earnest Graham
has been a pretty good pick but Brock might have left a gem on the board when he took Stewart over Forte in the 5th round.
NOT GOOD LOOKING
FAIR TRADE
I’m surprised Nick has such a low point total because I still really like his team. He has been hurt by Willie Parker’s injury but I still like Schaub, Jacobs,
and his decent group of wide receivers. It’s nice to see Nick back in the playoff hunt, unless of course we both finish the season 6-7, then I’m going to
have to annihilate him.
ONLY FOR $1 MILLION
MARYLAND TOOLS
I am not the only one that has had rough luck this year. Marc has had to deal with Larry Johnson and Matt Hasselbeck this year. Santana Moss has
been a great pick for the Commish but that is the silver lining for another rough season. I know that I’ve been a little absent this season (so far,
because I’m back motherfuckers for the rest of the year), but kudos to Marc for trying to inject some life into the message boards.
IF I WAS BLIND
FIGHTING BLUE CRABS
It’s been a rough year for the rookie. The good news is that rookies do fairly well at the beginning of their ROFFL careers. I won my first year and
Navid won his second year, and Jarrett loves to finish 8th. Both of his keepers, Manning and Owens have been big disappoints me this year and Jamal
Lewis has only been mediocre this year. VA doesn’t really have strong RB’s on his roster and even Chris Cooley has underplayed. Looks like a rough
year for the rook.
GROSS
FIVE SECOND STARE
Yea, so that happened. I finally got my first win. Amazing, after all my bitching about running backs, wide receiver is my weakness. I fucked up bad by
drafting both Holt and Harrison. Burress was my biggest mistake, I could possibly be 3-4…. Forget it, I don’t want to talk about it. I do like White +
Rivers + Peterson, maybe I can squeak out a respectable season.

QUICK NOTES 1. It’s good to be back fellas, I hope you missed me 2. If you didn’t miss me, I don’t blame you. But, blow me. 3. Song worth downloading, “Untitled,” by O.A.R. from there “Live at Madison Square Garden” album 4. See Religulous if you haven’t already. I don’t love Bill Maher, but it was a really good movie 5. “Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist” was not a great flick, but it’s the reason why I like going to the movies. 6. Yep, you guessed it. I’m still better looking than all of you.
